I made lunch yesterday, it is often our big meal.
Pork Loin, home made applesauce, sauteed sweet potato with coriander and mixed greens/spinach salad.
It was yummy. My husband said I need to post these types of meals on the Facebook of a one of his band members. She wants to learn to cook, but is intimidated by it.
I offered to help her learn. I know she is busy in grad school but healthy real food doesn't have to be complicated or hard, or time consuming. I made this meal in maybe 20-25 minutes. The apple sauce was made last fall and preserved, but even that isn't hard.
