Not That You Didn't Know Already

We all know fast food is bad for us. We all know trans fats are bad as well.

It's good information to read and remind ourselves of why healthy eating is the better way.

My son was appalled that the makers of snack cakes and what not would use vegetable shortening instead of real butter. I love that kid.

definitely interesting... Honestly though, if you really listen to your body you will know what not to eat. There is a STRONG difference between a craving for a fast food meal and an apple... the cravings are worlds apart as is the way we feel afterwards...
